How long should I chill Champagne for in an ice bucket?
The best way to chill Champagne using the Moët & Chandon ice bucket is to half-fill it with a mix of water and ice. Leave the bottle in for twenty minutes. Champagne should be served at the table at around 8°C (that means chilled, but not icy), to be tasted at between 9 and 10°C. If the temperature is too low, it will prevent the development of flavours and aromas.
