Bollinger Special Cuvée NV Champagne Case Deal 6 x 75cl with Bollinger branded ice bucket offers great value on this world famous Champagne house established in 1822. The blend for the Special cuvée is an ideal version of the classic Champagne blend, using the different grapes of a given year from a variety of crus, with the addition of older, reserve wines. Bollinger Special Cuvée is the purest expression of the Bollinger style.
Pale gold in colour, dry with toasty flavours on the mouth, great length and a perfect balance. Complex, bready, toasty, baked apple bouquet with a pleasing dry finish. The Special Cuvée Non Vintage Champagne contains the full expression of the Bollinger style and the House feels it should be judged on this - its benchmark wine. Each case contains 6 bottles of 75cl champagne.
